Pricing policy
Total Control promises to bring you the best
possible price, the first and every time.
Our guarantee is to never knowingly be under sold.
If you find a competitor's price happens to be
cheaper, please bring it to our attention.
We are only able to charge in $AUD. Check
with your bank for exact exchange rates or daily
exchange rate found at www.xe.com.

Orders
Our online shopping system uses an encrypted
SSL secure server to obtain your credit card details,
this is very safe.
Please give us as much information as possible
on the shopping cart notes section, this will
help us avoid errors.
To add to or change your order email us with the
changes and we will adjust it for you.
We will contact you via e-mail or phone if necessary
to confirm or clarify.

Payment
General Information
We check every transaction personally
and process all payments
manually with an EFTPOS terminal
to help ensure protection against credit card
fraud. We don't process payments until
we have all items in stock and are ready
to ship (except for custom orders). If items are
out of stock we will obtain an authorization on
the credit card in advance to ensure the funds
are available, this helps to minimize delays.
(No funds are captured until orders are shipped).
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and
include applicable Australian taxes. For currency

Our minimum order value is $20.00.
Payment methods
Credit Card - Visa Card, Master
Card only (All Countries Except Africa)
Due to limitations by our bank, we don't accept
credit card payments for amounts exceeding $2000
for first time customers.
Due to bank merchant fees, we add 1.7% (Australian)
or 2.6%( international) of invoice total for credit
card transactions.(Some competitors charge over
3%). International card transactions drive merchant
fees much higher, this is why we have two rates.
Credit card is our preferred payment method,
we can manually process payment immediately after
we receive your card details from the shopping
cart (usually instantly) and the card merchant
system is very reliable. This is by far the most
expedient method of purchasing our products.
Due to an increase in credit card fraud, in
some cases Total Control staff will request
you to complete the security check form. This
will be at our discretion and happens rarely.
Items marked with 'card auth required'
will need this form completed for payment by credit
card. These items are high fraud risk!
Currency Conversion
For credit card transactions your bank will automatically
convert the amount into your local currency at
the prevailing inter bank exchange rate, this
rate fluctuates daily. You can find the current
rate with this currency converter link www.xe.com.
Internet transfer - (Australia
only)
Please put your name, order number or invoice
number if you have it, in the details field so
we can identify your payment. (do not put the
product). In order to deliver to you in the fastest
possible time frame we have written this tutorial
to help you send us the confirmation from the
internet banking website. If you can successfully
follow these instructions we will at our
discretion ship your order as soon as
you make the transfer, rather than waiting until
the funds enter our account. Transfer

Cash deposit
We will contact you with our account details
and you can deposit the cash into our account
at any National Australia Bank branch, please
be sure to identify your transaction with your
name or order number.
Australian cheque
Goods will be shipped after funds are deposited
and cleared.
Please mail your cheque to us and make it payable
in Australian Dollars To: Way Cool Industries
Pty. Ltd.
Telegraphic transfer - (International)
We add AU$15.00 for fees from our bank.
We will contact you to supply our bank account
details and invoice amount.
You must pay all inter bank transfer fees at your
end and ask your banker to make sure that the
whole amount will be deposited in Australian dollars.
Please specify to your bank to pay in Australian
dollars (exchanged Backwards) these transactions
are more expensive than credit card and are liable
for errors in the amount due to incorrect procedures
in exchange calculations. Total Control
cannot be responsible for these errors.
It will be expensive in bank fees if you have
to repeat the transaction due to errors.

Shipping
We carefully package all shipments to ensure
they will arrive at there destination in good
condition. Orders are dispatched daily by our
full time staff so you can expect your order to
arrive promptly.
Domestic shipping within Australia -
Fast courier - Toll Priority or Express Post Platinum
(EPP)
Toll - More econonomical for heavier
items but no PO Boxes
EPP - Available to PO boxes and no redelivery
fee ($16.90<0.5Kg - $23.50<3Kg)
We ship most orders with Toll Priority AU$15.90
up to 3 Kg & $23.50 up to 5 Kg). This is classed
as a two day service, however deliveries to capital
cities and surrounding inner suburbs are usually
overnight.
Toll is a door to door service and must be signed
for upon delivery. You MUST use
an address where somebody is present to avoid
redelivery charges. Where drivers attempt
to deliver to an unattended address, the item
will be retained and a card left.
You have the option to pick up the items yourself
from the depot or have it redelivered for $15.00.
We will charge your original credit card
and notify you of extra charges in the case of
a redilivery. This might happen up to 2 months
after the purchase.
NOTE: Redelivery
attempts incur a $15.00 charge, you can avoid
this by using a shipping address where somebody
is present. If you miss the courier either call
the number on the card and arrange for redelivery
($15) or pick the package up from the depot.
Heavy orders or boxes will be quoted.
We can ship fast courier to a PO Box for small
lightweight items under (500 Gm $16.50/ 3 Kg $23.50)
These will need to be signed for when picked up
from the post office.
Economy light shipping within Australia
We now offer economy domestic shipping
with Australia Post AU$10.90. This is an untraceable
service and is only available for items less than
$200 in value and less than 500 grams weight.
If this method is chosen for anything other than
the aforementioned conditions the order will be
changed to Toll Priority by our staff.
Customers choosing
this method accept that we cannot be responsible
for items once they leave our premises,
this method is best suited to PO boxes or addresses
where somebody is always in attendance (business
addresses).
International
We use both FedEx priority(from $49)
and Australia Post ECI services (from AU$39).
These are both door to door services and must
be signed for upon delivery. Please use an address
where somebody is present if your order is needed
immediately. In most cases where a delivery attempt
is made to an unattended address, the item will
be retained for further attempts and a card left.
(Note the shopping cart allows $39 shipping
for the displayed order totals. The shopping cart
process will recalculate the totals and email
you a more correct confirmation based on your
shipping choice. All orders are processed manually
by staff and you will be notified of any adjustments
required)
Note: Large items like helmets
and canopies will likely exceed the shipping estimate
Economy
Light international Economy shipping
We now offer economy international shipping
for small low value items with Australia Post
AU$20.50. This is an untraceable service and is
only available for items less than $100 in value
and less than 500 grams weight. If this method
is chosen for anything other than the aforementioned
conditions the order will be changed to FedEx
or Toll Priority by our staff.
Customers choosing
this method accept that we cannot be responsible
for items once they leave our premises,

Customs
charges
It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm
exact exchange rates, local duties and taxes,
bank fees and other import costs. The importer
(you) is responsible for any/all local taxes,
duties or customs fees. If in the event
any local tax or duties is charged back to Total
Control then this will be in turn charged to you
as the importer and customer. Under no circumstanced
will Total Control bear any of your import costs.

Looking for something special for that special skydiver friend? Gift vouchers from Total Control Skydive Gear DO NOT EXPIRE, and can be used as full or part payment towards any purchase. Some conditions may apply such as seasonal variations and exchange rate variations.

Sponsorship
Due to the large number of sponsorship requests that we receive each week, regrettably we are unable to provide sponsorship for all teams or events, however we endeavour to provide as much as possible. Where distinct conflicts of interest exist, TCS is unable to provide sponsorship. First preference is given to our regular customers, drop zones and operators who are frequent customers of Total Control Skydive Gear (TCS.) Most of these events are planned and advertised many months (some times years) in advance. National events are considered in favour of regional events, as are unique or new ideas. Asking us to sponsor an event "this weekend" may prove challenging. In order to qualify for sponsorship your request;
- Must be received in writing (or email) at least 1 month prior to the event.
- TCS logos need to be displayed in all advertising for your event (prior to the event, during the event and after the event.)
- Expected attendance figures should be supplied and after the event, actual attendance figures (i.e. should we regularly sponsor this event?)
- A working web link needs to be in place linking your web page to ours at http://www.totalcontrol.com.au prior to any sponsorship being supplied. Reciprocal links are also offered.
- Please supply a list of companies that have already confirmed sponsorship for your event and the level of this sponsorship.
- A complete database of registration details and email addresses needs to be supplied after the event.
- Names and contact details for the winner or any sponsored prize or gift must be supplied to us in writing prior to any winning prize or certificate being honoured.
- Total Control will only accept sponsorship requests from existing customers.
- Any and all forms of sponsorship can be cancelled, changed or withdrawn without notice at any time.
Sponsorship can be provided in the form of discount vouchers, free merchandise and also gift vouchers - proportional to the size of the event. Please feel free to contact us here to discuss any sponsorship requests in more details.

Warranty & Returns
No product can be returned to Total Control without prior approval. All warranty returns MUST be received back to Total Control Skydivers prior to any replacement being dispatched. Some warranty support is only available directly to/from the manufacturer. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for freight to Total Control, and Total Control will pay the return freight only if an item is faulty. Return freight is by standard post, express post (if required) for returned items is at the customer's expense. Products found not to be faulty may incur a service charge and return delivery is paid by the customer. Return delivery on items returned for exchange is the customer's responsibility.
All deliveries are sent UNINSURED, unless you specifically request insurance for your delivery. Specific insurance quotations are available.
Lost deliveries must be reported within 7 days past the due date. Outside of 7 days, track and tracing may not be possible on some services. No responsibility is assumed by Total Control for lost deliveries. Optional insurance will cover this type of incident and is recommended for expensive or important items. No responsibility for a delivery is accepted once it has left our premises.
Under no circumstances is any delivery component refundable.
Do not accept a delivery if the package has been
damaged in transport. You must notify Total
Control within 7 days of a product that is "dead
on arrival" or DOA. Outside of this time
you may need to contact the manufacturer directly
for replacement. Items damaged in transport
may or may not be replaced at our discretion.
If you require insurance against damage during
delivery, please optionally insure your order.

Custom equipment orders
All custom equipment ordered from Total Control
is deemed to be subject to the terms and condition
found in our Contract of Sale Please feel free to ask for a printed copy
if required. Cypres units that have been
serviced and unpaid and/or unclaimed by a customer,
maybe sold or traded to recover our costs. We
will only hold these unpaid/unclaimed units for
3 months after they return from service.

Refunds
We will accept items returned to us for whatever
reason, we will refund any items returned less
shipping and an 8% restocking fee, provided the
good are still in a brand new condition.
A request for a refund must be received in writing
or email within 10 days of the purchase date,
or 21 days on international orders. Requests
after these periods may not be accepted at our
discretion. The charge for delivery is non-refundable.
Custom equipment and specialist orders are unable
to be refunded. Due to copyright laws, there
is no refund available for books, software
or videos so please chose carefully. Faulty books,
software or videos will be replaced for an identical
unit. No exchange or refund is possible
on sale items or discounted items, please choose
carefully. Refunds are entirely at the discretion
of Total Control.

Dealer & DZ Discounts
Dealer and DZ discounts are considered confidential information. Minimum orders may apply. Dealers and Drop Zones are required to sell at our standard prices to avoid unnecessary complications. All pre-sales advice, support, warranty and after sales service is to be supplied by the dealer or DZ and escalated to Total Control via the dealer only if required. We do not service your customers directly. Dealer and DZ discounts may be revoked at any time without notice. Dealers must be obtain prior approval before obtaining discount pricing, and complete a dealer application form.
